Gradual Growth. No matter what area of life you apply it to, it’s bound to work wonders. We’ve all heard that consistency is key. Consistency leads to gradual growth overtime!
If it is working out, consistently exercise 3 times a week for the first two months. Then bump it up to 4 times a week. Go from 30 min to 40 min to an hour. You will want to do this as time goes on!
